...And this is them when they get older!  They are pretty big chickens!

After much thought and research we are getting CHICKENS!  Woohoo!  Our whole family is excited!  We are getting baby chicks and we will raise them into chickens (females only) and keep them for their eggs.  Still not sure what kind of coop we will build-I think we will just make one up seeing as Dru and I are not very good at following blue prints.  :)  Everyone who has chickens says, "Don't over think it-they are just chickens"...so we are doing just that when it comes to the coop.
